partnership with Red Hen Systems, Inc. to bring additional mapping
and geographical information system (GIS) services to the electric
utility industry. The establishment of the Business Partnership with Red Hen Systems positions EDM as the exclusive provider of MediaMapper software, VMS 200 equipment, MediaMapper training and the associated mapping services for the electric utility industry. For many years, EDM has geared its efforts toward enhancing field data collection. Through the integration of MediaMapper’s capabilities, EDM now can offer improved asset management, planning and engineering-oriented activities.

information, more efficiency and more control to data collection.
Now utilities can have
the power to collect digital still pictures and video that is
indexed with GPS data. MediaMapper merges imagery and GPS data
